Prerequisites

Ensure you meet the technical criteria for administration rights and the proper licenses before you start deploying Fingertip.

Administrator Permissions
for installing the App

Administrator rights:
- Power Platform admin
- Microsoft Teams admin*

* Only required during the installation process

​IMPORTANT: It is recommended to use / create a service account for the Fingertip installer / admin. This makes the maintenance of the solution easier for multiple admin users!

License Prerequisites
for using the App

For all USERS:
- Microsoft M365 license **
- Power Apps per APP plan ***
SKU: J8Q-00005

For all ADMINS
- Microsoft M365 license **
- Power Apps per USER plan
SKU: SEJ-00002

For FINGERTIP TRAINER
- Power Apps per APP plan ***
SKU: J8Q-00005

** The recommended M365 license for end-users and admin(s) is E3 or E5. Fingertip can function with lower license levels such as Business Standard or Business Premium too.

*** Power Apps per app plan will be assigned to the users during the installation. Buying the required number of licenses is enough prior the installation.
